I have just signup for an epassporte.com account and according to their terms of service Each new account holder need to acitivate it.

For this reason i need a trusted from one of you who have his already activated epassporte account plus a Moneybookers account.

You need to send me 5$ through your epassporte account in to my own. so it get activated, I will pay your 5$ plus bonus through Moneybookers.com

So only bid on this project if you have money in your epassporte account and valid moneybookers account.
