We are looking for a long term designer to work for different projects.
I am a web projects manager and receive work every day.
The advantages of working with me are:

1º - I use a project manager software so all communications, files, deadlines etc are registered. Great for a responsable designer or small design companies that like to keep track of what their designers do, without having to be on top of everything.

2º - I send complete specs so all you have to do is be creative and produce a quality work.

3º - I can do payments by the project, in bulk, etc, using different systems, with global reach.

What I am looking for:

1º - A very good designer, working at home or a small company with good prices since i will send you a lot of work.

2º - You need to be able to meet deadlines because if you fail, i will fail with my clients, and that is not good.

3º - Projects and tasks will be placed in project manager, you need to reply and maintain communication properly.

4º - Instant messenger is also important. Let me know what you have and usual hours you are online.

1st - Show me what you have done. Some of your work and what you charged for each one so i can see your range of costs.
2nd - Send me one or two clients references.
3rd - Dont forget to let me know what you can do, what is your specialty.

A good proof of your quality work, would be a quality answer to this project.

MOST IMPORTANT:
You need to be creative, i am not looking for the average designer but a top designer.
You need to do quality work.
You need to be responsable. Deadlines must be meet, regular communication is also very important.

For this project, bid to create a layer that will be placed in a babies website. I will give you a JPG image with some babies bottles and pacifiers, that have animals theme, and I will need you to create the layer with those images. That layer will need to make mumies want to see the product page for those baby bootles and pacifiers.
