Hello All,
This project is to code the group admin permissions for a social networking site. The group permissions what you see on flickr PLUS some more. You are required to code and install on the system.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
I also would recommend to become a member on flikcr (it's free) and build a group ( it only takes a few minutes) and see what is involved.
PLEASE DO NOT BID if you are not an expert in doing this as it is not a difficult job for someone who know what he is doing.
Please DO NOT bid if you are not a good communicator or cannot stick to the completion time time promised.
Please whatever your bid is, add another 15% on it as i require you to do a neat job. I will provide the required css and the pages are customizable which are already done. If you face any unexpected work, you will be compensated for, but there should not be any. At this moment, I can create a group and join other groups already created. You are not required to do any css and customization but if you are an EXPERT in that, it would be a plus
Please show me similar work you may have done. You must be extremely reliable and on time. for better communication, must be able to meet me on Skype.
Here is am itemized list of permissions and thanks for bidding:


Managing members
Similar functionality as on Flcikr
Admins can manage members, promote members to admins and moderators, demote from admin to moderators or members, demote moderators to members and ban or unban members or remove from group. If banned, they cannot join again, but if removed, they can rejoin.
If members are:
* if administrator, they can see the group administration page
* if moderator, they can view pending images and members page
* if member, they can view and participate in discussion (if activated) and view members list and the image pool.


manage image pool
Set image posting limit:
* image posting limit (no limit, XX per day/week/month/> > year/ever).
* when posting check current group limit, and deny if exceeded.



Moderate posted images:
*If image posting is not moderated, images go straight to the pool
* if image posting is moderated, the images will go on a pending page, similar as on flcikr, where all pending images should be approved by admins or moderators.



Only accept safe images, or accept 18+ images.
* check 18+ status of images submitted, and if not complying, deny.



communicate with members
*mass mailing (internal mail) members, newest members today, last 7 days, last 30 days, last year, all members



community icons
*upload invitation icon
*upload comment icon
*upload group banner This will go on top of a customizable group page.

attach invitation icon when inviting an image to your group
attach comment icon when anyone posts a comment on an image within the group


community privacy
Let visitors can see:
*Group image pool, (yes/ no)
*Group discussions (yes, no)
switch community to invitation only or make private
*if invitation only, invitation can apply to images only or to members and images as well:
*If invitation applies to images and members::
remove 'join group' link from group pages. Members should be approved before joining and so their images
If invitation applies ONLY to images::
*only images which have been invited can be in the image pool.


Make community private
if private
*group pages will not be visible to non-members.


Enabled/disable discussion forum.
* show or hide the group discussion forum, based on this setting.
We have a working forum on the site. A copy of that can be installed here, one visible to all members and one only to admins and moderators


Several images will be displayed on the group front page, based on admin choice:
* view highest voted
* view most commented
* view most viewed
Voting and commenting will be in place

This is not a difficult project if you have done this kind of stuff before and it has to be done in 10 days or less. or maybe max of 2 weeks.
