I need a very simple CMS in PHP for a Web Hosting Website. Please, NO JOOMLA!

I just want to be able to add pages, edit footer and add content with a FCK editor. (should be able to add images easily)

I need you to insert my logo and some graphics on the home page and other pages and Finally insert my header and logo into my WHMCS area.

I NEED SOMETHING YOU HAVE IT RIGHT NOW AND DONT WANT TO MAKE SOMETHING FROM SCRATCH

If you go for this option, please show me a working demo of CMS online

Option 2:

I need only ready made CMS, If you can use wordpress, that is also fine if you confirm it has FCK editor and footer editable . You just need to give me a very good web hosting wordpress theme.
insert my header and logo into my WHMCS area.

I'll take care of the rest.

Option 3:

If you have a beautiful and Professional Web Hosting template, I'll give you all my old html pages.

You just make 10 pages using that template, and copy paste my content into it from my old files. Put proper header, footer, logo and graphics. NO CMS.

Option 4:

If you have a full site template (as template monster gives out with 5 pages), show me a demo of the template online, I'll buy it from you and I will take care of the rest about the template.
