i need to allow my customers to complete there application and all forms from on my website.i currently imput their information my self and want to give them the ability to do it themselves online. i have the forms but they would need to be updated and i would like it to be in adobe fillable format or another format such as pdf if you are bale to do it. its a 10 page form plus a content page.
i would like for them to hit a submitt button once they are done and then i would recive the completed form via email or any other manner that you can suggest. i would like you to create a login page visible from the site where customers would be able to enter a user name and pass word that i will give them, to access the form.
so if you have ever created a login page on a website where customer enerted information then i might want to talk to you. please only bid if you have done something similar before. i am looking for experience only. name your price. if what i want is not clear that means you have not done anything like this before so don't bid
