Description

Spiral Solutions is interested in procuring a capability for a Web Crawling Message Tracker/Response Developer to effectively and efficiently track, measure and develop media messages for various customers based on keywords, url, or other means.

The product must include the ability to provide automated: visual representation of media messages; the varying intensity of relevant associations (thinking diggs?); statistical tracking; measurement tools to analyze the results of media messages; recommended actions; and automatically develop and effectively transmit (upon approval) positive messages to counteract negative media messages throughout the web. The coding and implementation must be possible within 15 days of receiving a green light for the project. This system should enable the ability to actively provide situational awareness on web-based information as well as provide automated responses based on pre-defined rules and recommendations with a man-in-the-loop. The program should be non proprietary and preferably a web-based approach if possible, but consideration will be given for all ideas brought.
