Description: Hi, I need someone to create a layout for me with the same dimensions of the file attached.

I want the page layout to represent the "top" of a building, and the background of the layout will be the rest of the buildings, like a big city, so in other words, all the pictures and copy text will go inside the top of the building ( page layout ) and the background for this layout will be other buildings. if you have any questions please ask.

I will pick the bid of the first person that coems up with the best concept, please create something quick so I have an idea that you are capable of doing this. ( only one page layout )

I'm looking to get this done soon so the first person that submits something for me to see that reflects what am looking for, that person will be the winner. Thank you!
