This is a trial project (we have 2 more sites that will need the same - if successfull)

Optimize my website (if necessary) to make it more search engine friendly
Implement sound SEO and do it the good way, to get good free website traffic to my site.
Please send me a project plan for doing that, and how much will it cost

I want to drive Targeted Traffic to my website - real visitors only
- You must be able to drive targeted traffic to my site by submitting to search engines: google, yahoo, msn etc.
- Above methods should bring in a substantial amount of visitors daily in the first weeks.
-No paid traffic
- Traffic must be targeted/interested/real
- Visitors preferred from to come from the USA
** no illegal methods ** NO ILLEGAL METHODS (would not want to be banned by any engines)
- No spam, bots, robots, link farms, exchanges
- Only white hat methods
- Only legitimate ways
- No visitors from auto surf site. No fake visitors.
- Google, Google AdSense should not ban my site.
