Description: Hi there,

I would like the winning bidder of this project to make me an equivalent of 50Megs.com or something like it. I am looking for a site that is completely automated. Users sign up for free hosting, an ad (using Google Adwords) is placed on their page, and they get to choose a THEYCHOOSETHIS.mysiteurl.com subdomain.

I would like this to be completely automatic with no interaction from me as the webmaster. A Control Panel for both the client and the webmaster would be excellent also. I would also like a complete set of instructions on how to set this up.

My MAXIMUM budget for this is $400.
