Description:	We are looking for somebody urgently to fix errors and make a few minor modifications in our Cre Loaded cart. 1. Error messages appearing since new template loaded 2. Minor modifications required in the customer account infomation 3. Before the account application is forward a terms and conditions page need to be shown and ticked for acceptance etc 4. Prices need to be hidden until account is approved, but items need to be still viewed 5. Main page currently shows category photos. Need this to show an arrangement of approx 4 of our stock photos with a block of text. 6. Terms and conditions need to be approved again before before completing final part of checkout 7. If possible the header to show on the home page but then dissapear for catalogue pages to make more room for products. 8.
