Hello. I am from the US but I need a certified neteller account so that I can easily transfer money to non-US people who also have certified neteller accounts. I checked the Legal Advice box because I need you to see if this is even possible.

US citizens cannot create a neteller account so I need someone to operate one for me from outside the US.

I need someone for an ongoing job. It is easy but highly profitable for you. I need someone to make a certified neteller account and deposit money into it (which will be reimbursed by me). Then I will tell you to transfer the money to other accounts. This will be ongoing and I will offer you as much as $5 per successful transfer.

You will need to be able to deposit your own money into the account and transfer it to another member (which takes about 2 minutes), and once you do, you will be reimbursed plus up to or more than $5 (if the transfer is successful of course). This will be an ongoing job. There is no limit to the number of transfers I will request of you daily but it will likely be about 10. So you can make about $50 a day working for about half an hour.

It will work like this... a couple times a week I will give you a list of neteller e-mail addresses or account id's to transfer money to. The amount will be about $30 to be transferred. For each successful transfer, you will report back to me, I will verify each one, and then I will pay you reimbursement money plus your bid for each transfer. Note: This does require that you have access to some money of your own already.

I am almost positive this is not illegal or breaking any of neteller's terms of service, but I checked legal advice so that you could look into that too.

Please make a bid for your required payment per transfer. I will not pay anything higher than $5-7 per successful transfer and I expect much lower bids since it only takes a few minutes.

Note: The Neteller account will have to be "certified" in order to make transfers. This means that you will have to enter your real information. The account will be yours and I will never ask for your password.
