Description

PROJECT SCOPE
Ten travel portals, each portal represents a country, need to be developed. All portals use the same template. Each portal has the same content structure. The portals need to be developed in Joomla 1.5. and installed on my webserver. There is already some programming done. It is your own choise to use the current programming or start at zero.

Next to the ten travel portals I need one portal to be developed as the main portal. All ten travel portals are linked to this main portal. The information on this main portal is compiled of the ten travel portals.

The goal of the portals is to generate revenue by affiliate marketing. Therefore all travel offers and products which are shown on the portals need to be linked to the merchant website via an affiliate link.

- The content per portal is unique
- The Travel offers per portal are unique
- Vacation related products are not unique per portal and therefore need to be centralized from the main portal.
- The registration of the visitors on all the ten- and the main portal(s) need to be centralized to enable the visitor to register once and be able to login all of the portals and/or the main portal.

GLOBAL PROJECT PLANNING
The project needs to be developed via the following building steps:

STEP 1
1. Community builder and Fireboard forum integration (Front-end/website language needs to be Polish) (page 18 & 19 in business specifications).
2. RSGallery implementation and integration with Community Builder and Fireboard Forum (page 20 in business specifications).
3. Installation of add-on for Promocje section (page 14 & 15 business specifications).

STEP 2
1. Virtuemart front-end/website language to Polish (page 11 & 12 in business specifications).
2. Installation of Book Library as specified in business specifications (page 11 in business specifications).
3. Google analytics code.
4. RSS Feed centralization (page 18 in business specifications).

STEP 3
1. Content implementation
2. SEO (page 21 & 22 in business specifications).
3. Heatmap installation.
4. Hacking template so wrappers are width enough for iFrame (page 16 in business specifications).

STEP 4
1. Taking care of HTML-code so that registered visitors can add new sights or museums in the sights and museum section (page 8 & 9 in business specifications).
2. Google Maps (page 8 & 9 in business specifications).
3. E-mail template (page 18 in business specifications).
4. Changing admin interface to Dutch (as far as possible).

STEP 5
Development main portal. (Specs need to be discussed before start porject)

STEP 6
Overall check and adjustment (Adjustments only if compliant with business specification agreed upon start of project).

PAYMENT
Payment can only be done in the following way:

Before start project 25% in escrow.

After completion of step 1 and 2 and 3 first escrow payment will be released. Also the second escrow payment is done, which is 25%.

After completion of step 3 and 4 second escrow payment will be released. Also the third escrow payment is done which is 25%.

After completion of step 5 the third escrow payment is released. Als the fourth escrow payment is done which is 25%

After completion of step 6 the fourth and final payment is released and we have a succesfull cooperation.

WHICH SERVICE PROVIDERS SHOULD PLACE A BID?
Service providers who meet the following standards can place a bid:
1. You have a proven trackrecord of developing Joomla portals (Minimum is 5 example portals which work and are succesfull. No demo websites or portals which are clearly not used by owner).
2. You have experience with- and/or has knowledge of affiliate marketing.
3. You have more than 25 reviews with an average rating which is equal or higer than 8.
4. You can provide me with at least one reference which I can contact ot discuss your working relationship with that reference.
5. You are available during evenings and weekends.
6. You can speak and/or read English.
7. You are prepared to provide me with a global project scope, during bidding, which I can review to get an idea of the professionalism of your service.
8. You have no problem providing me with a weekly progress update.

If you do not meet these standards I urge you not to place a bid.
