Description

Goal:
To construct a web 2.0 application for mortgage brokerages. This is a “Software As A Service” type of application for brokerage companies to perform their daily functions.

To construct a i-phone application for mortgage brokerages.

Core Features:

Content Management: Ability for brokerages to create a website and add its own content.

Styles: Ability to provide several style choices for brokerage websites

Online forms and applications: Ajax based mortgage forms

Data interfaces: Ability to receive and send proprietary formatted data

Subscription based: Ability for brokerages to pay a monthly subscription fee

Security: Highly secure as the site deals with financial transactions and personal information

Technology:
PHP, Linux, Mysql, Apache, Drupal/Joomla for Content management, XML, CSS, XHTML, Javascript, AJAX, iphone API

Methodology:
We will be using agile methodologies to build the web application, as well as the i-phone application

Special considerations:
This project will be run by Ramadia Outsourcing, and all resources will be working on our premises in Ameerpet for the duration of the project.
