We want a website to be built like www.bpojobsite.com, apart from the key features listed here, we want these additional features;

Employers:
1. 15 days before expiry mails should be sent to renew the subscription with us.
2. They should be able to signup for free trial and then later it can be renewed to paid subscription.

Admin:
1. A mass mailing facility should be enabled so that if we want to send mass mails either to recruiters or job seekers we can do that. Few mass mailing templates should be there.
2. Auto emails to be sent if any new job posted by any employers matches with matching profiles of the candidates.
3. Our site should have world wide list of countries so that any job seeker or employer may register with us from anywhere.
4. Either the jobseekers or recruiters should be able to pay the subscription charges in their local currency, if any.

Job seekers:
1. A resume builder option should be there with payment facility.
2. Resume display option should be there, whereby candidate may pay us for highlighting their resumes.
3. We want that once a jobseeker registers with us he may be able to invite all his contacts of yahoo, hotmail, Gmail, etc to join our site, and for this an auto email invitation is to be sent with rich format to everyone in his list.

Homepage:
1. Live Chat & Skype should be embedded
2. Testimonials
3. Well designed spaces for banner advertisement and Google advertisement.
4. Will it be possible for us to make an option on the home page of free resume search for employers, whereby Employers may search CV's for free without registration, and the CV's which will be reflected in that area will be the featured candidates who will pay a registration amount to us.
