I will provide you with URL and description.

I need to establish a presence for my new deals site on StumbleUpon and Digg.

Guidelines:
1. all StumbleUpon/Digg guidelines must be observed.
2. submissions must not look like spam.
3. multiple accounts/IPs must be used. Multiple posts from the same account/IP in a single day are frowned upon by Digg/StumbleUpon.
4. please advise of your capacity, price per post, and strategy ( how many thumbs up/diggs, how quickly they will be submitted, any additional strategies to enhance presence)
5. StumbleUpon is most important to me, Digg second.
