Description

Looking for a consultant to advise on website development. Have several projects, but need expertise on what is possible. Upcoming projects include (a) development of an intranet; (b) development of a social networking site; (c) development of an automated document composer; (d) redevelopment of existing db-based site.

Job requirements: (1) at least 3 years of coding experience; (2) good, consistently applied communication skills; (3) a positive attitude and commitment to professionalism; (4) able to meet deadlines on time and on budget; (5) at least 2 extremely positive client references.
