Description

This mission is for a C++ developer

The goal of application is to synchronize data between a webservice (soap) and a local PC under windows (local data are in XML format)

The application will need to install automatically, by entering configuration information: repertory for xml Files, url of webservices, login. Ideally, this configuration will be in an "ini" file for easy modification if needed.
TLS/SSl isn’t needed.

The application needs to be protected to avoid illegal copies (give me you technical proposal regarding this matter).

Once installed, the application does not need a user interface but has to be launched in a regular manner (like a windows service, for example.) A frequency every 15 minutes is OK

Other Technical Data:
Webserver is a php5 SOAP server without WSDL File

The application will read on the webservices the commands of a ecommerce website, then will format in xml and will send to the SOAP server an" OK "code.

Application will readon the client PC the xml files newly created and will call the webservice (used to download/update products of an ecommerce software.

If some files are deleted from the xml repository, Do nothing. no update or delete something).
