Description

We are looking for a serious, reliable freelancer. This piece is the first step of the project.

The job involves building a classifieds website similar to CarsDOTcom with much less content and features.

Features:
- Three tabs (this project is going to build the first tab)
- One JavaScript search, one advanced search
- Need standard features such as sorting, posting, payment
- Members will contact poster through email, like craigslistDOTorg
- Account management (sign up, sign in, editing and reviewing posts, watch list for classifieds, new classified updates sent via email)
- Admin control, data reporting, and marketing tools
- Advertisement space
- Website should be running smoothly in multiple browsers
- No need for video or image upload at this point

When you submit the bid, please state clearly the following things:
- What is the development time?
- How many months will you warrant for bug fixing after the project done?
- Can you provide weekly progress report?
- What kind of programming language are you going to use? What’s the pros and cons you use for your programming structure? We need flexibity to expand more functions afterwards.

ALL THE CODES AND PROGRAMS SHOULD BE OPEN AND BELONG TO US AFTER YOU FINISH THE PROJECT.
