hi guys,

i am after a more intelligent and effecient site than that of domystuff.com

for eg:- when i search for a chore in that site , it displays about all over the world, the one i am planning for would be for australia, so i want an ip tracker which can show the chores which are geographically near to the user, and also have some sort of brief classification.
This is just one of , i would like it of course to be SEO and have more functionalities in it , yet keeping it simple and clean.


The site must look a bit funky as well :) people say i am picky , but i like good work .

Looking for a long term business relationship, as i may like you to administer the site in future as well.

Budget as low as possible to start with, but as you gain my trust you will be given bonuses each time.
