In brief, I seek website url submission strings that link to engines that either requires the submitters complete information or simply the website url and email address. I am looking for a large database of urls, multiple languages acceptable. Upon receipt of the database I would plug them in to verify the authenticity to the url. In observation of the fact that things change quickly on the internet I would accept a url failure of 5-10% within a large database. The urls MUST reference the actual submission page which requests the information from the submitter. A webscrape is not the route to build the database from.
