PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING!!!
hello,
we are a web marketing company seeking for freelancer to help us in our incoming links mission.
we have many sites and projects and are looking for people we can trust for a long prospective work together.
this project is the first we are releasing and the results will be tested and delivering good results will bring the one who wins this project ongoing work.
i will not submit the exact url of the project (only to the person who takes the project), but i will say it is a page rank 2 site, offering print on canvas service and has been promoted online for the past 6 months.
i am looking to build 20 one way incoming links to the site, all leading to the homepage, according to the anchor text and descriptions i will be giving you.
you will work using an email I will give you(of our company) via the email server. The signature in the email will state what we will tell you (a name of our company as the seo managers). you will work via the server so all correspondense will be transparaent to us.

regarding the rules of the incoming links:


- incoming links will be of sites relating to: canvas, printing, art, design, decoration.
- Your quote will be for the price for the whole project.
- All Links must be permanent- i will check this!
- Links must contain key words supplied
- Links must be listed/indexed on a minimum Google Page Rank 2 site- -the page itself (where the link is coming from)must be indexed in google!
- One link per domain (different C class IPs)
- No Directories, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites.
- Links from websites that already contain a link to our site will not be counted.
- No more than 30 links from the page to other sites
- Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.)
- Links must be static and direct using provided anchor text and title tag+ description
- Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted.
- All links should be free and NOT paid links.
- All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc.
- English language sites only
- No search spam
- No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges
- No link schemes
- No blog comments
- No directories
- No forums
- No classified ads
- No dynamic links
- No pages blocked by robots.txt
- No article submission sites
- No guest books
- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable
- One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted
- Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days)
- Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script.
- Link Page should be navigated to from the site's homepage.
- No text to mention the links are paid links.
- Sites must be live.
- Link page must be in good English and have sensible content
- You will provide in excel/csv format the Site Url, link Url,Number of links on page, and google's Page Rank of each site you have added a link to.
- We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead.
-I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

Must provide an excel sheet with clickable links to the page the link is on so I can verify.
