Description

Website Creation
Looking for the creation of a website that MUST have the following functions:
- Ability to change top and banner advertising banners on each page (jpeg files)
- Ability to change main loading page graphic (middle picture – see attached file)
- Ability to manually edit the statistics of the player
- Ability to manually edit news stories, biography information
- Ability to edit links for external websites
- Ability to upload wallpapers for download
If you require further clarification please contact me with any questions.
Do not bid on this job if you are unable to complete this website design.
All graphics will be supplied – your job will be to make it functional.

There will be other websites that will need to be created in this model within the next month.
