Description

i want to create a social community for my niche, it must have the ability for members to create blog, post videos ( only links from youtube or others) , pictures gallery, make groups ( like schools,hobbies) , integrate chat room and im ( using v3 chat, will be provided) , classified ads and coffee talk ( one post forum, no sub topic) Main page should have a main box contain rss feeds from local site. Other box should update from the internal functions like newest topic in blog,newest post in coffee talk, newest members. Also one advert box ( admin can change in admin panel insert flash or image)

The site should be running in fluid width ( according to screen resolution). Can use phpfox, but it would have to change the template to fit the design and it would have to be in fluid width. Attach are the mock up design, Fonts use would also be century gothic. Final note, bidders should also carried out security check for any bugs and holes and perform installation. Thanks
