Description

Ok Guys .. here's the deal :
I want a red alert 3 kind of web game.
Users should be able build a city like in www.imperia-online.com .
The graphics need to be 3D with good quality.
Need flash animation on the city with defense systems and etc.
Need a force field on the city.
Game should have following resources : energy, ore, gold.
Each user should be able to upgrade facilities like energy productions and things like that.
There should be trading involved between users and the creation of teams.
Each user should be able to choose from 3 different races.
There should be an attack strategy when attacking each other.
I need the project fast and bug proof.
You should use flash, php, mysql in general.
