I am opening up a free site for the public to use for their genealogy. Family Tree. Ancestry.

What I has been requested is that one be made available for people to also have one for their pets.

Since I am a teacher, I am wanting the site to be user friendly for students as well.

Write a program similar to ancestry.com or genealogy.com for pets/animal management and not for human beings.

Need it to have the availability for public to browse and see information but not add to it unless they have a user name and password. Each user will have their own personal data file. I think I am saying that right. I want them to have the option of printing what they have if they decide to write a book on their pet or send photos etc to share.

Public should be able to see information and pedigree’s on line but not print information unless they are logged in.

Form should include the following information…

Name
Password
Username
Example:
Sire
Dam
Color
Pedigree 4 or 5 generations
Notes
Show record
Offspring
History
Medical
Stories
Pictures (Would be nice if it would adjust pictures and upload them for approval)
Able to put documents (insurance, awards, medical records etc in their personal file.

Password protected and people can join for free. Would be nice if the program could retrieve lost passwords without administrator resending. and let the admin add members or delete them

Would be nice if it could add additional databases for dogs, cats, mice, horses, cows, pigs, fish, birds and so forth. Members could choose data base to add to.

Public needs to be able to search many different aspects like name, Reg No. Sire Dam, ETC.

Need it installed to site that is already paid for

Would be nice if it would have an email option so people could be automatically notified when animals they choose are updated or when database is updated. Or people could email the person who has the animal for various reasons.

Would like someone that would be around for me to pay for any changes or additional changes to program as time goes by. Or to help with any problems inquired.

I have would like to add links of animal search engines and other links for anyone to do searches in finding information out about their pet/animal. I already have that ready to add.

Please let me know your thoughts, price and time to accomplish this.
