Description

I am looking for a company that can optimize a brand new website and start link building campaign. This website needs meta tags, site map, internal links and submittal to search engines. I will give you the keywords for the meta tag. I would also like Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website
- PR 2+ (link page, not the home page) is a must and NO FAKE PRs should be promoted.
- There is no more than 10 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
- Page must be updated by Google within the last 30-45 days
- No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
- Link page in English, related to topic categories mentioned above
- Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
- Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
- Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, social bookmarking, Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal,
- Links must not be labeled, sponsored, links, or ads
- No hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links
- No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges
- No sites banned by google
- Must be manually submitted
- No link schemes, No blog comments, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups, No social bookmarking
- Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses

All links must be approved before you place the link. Please send us an excel sheet including, the site's URL, site PR, Site Name and Site Type.

I reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet my terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead.

Do not bid on this job unless you have 100% positive feedback in GAF and I can read good reviews for similar projects that you have completed in the past.
