Hi

I need somone expert in CSS who can convert PSD files to Html using CSS as toll for webdesigning.Everything is completed. All psd files are complete and are upto web standard.

PLZ: remeber this project is not so big. so bidders who are aiming for high plz do not bid.

it will be good if bidders have previous work to show.

IMP. all i need in this project is just simple navigation hover effect which i will tell you what i need to the succesfull bidder.
