Description

My USPS shipping module is only offering either Priority or Express on small orders. I need it to also offer First Class. I do not want it to be a flat rate as a solution. I need the USPS lookup to work correctly.

I don't have time to sit on an IM program to watch this get done. This needs to be done independently done without any help from me.
