We are a small writing agency with big ambitions.

Absolutely Perfect Written and spoken British English are required alongside the highest organisation skills - If you speak and write fluently in multiple European languages this is a HUGE plus.

I'm looking for a 20 upto 30hr per week PA/VA to for customer service, website maintenance and inbound sales conversion.

You will support our incoming calls and email business inquiries, answering queries and providing follow up. Your role is to ensure new calls are converted into new clients and existing clients are looked after.

You'll need to ensure that finalised projects are delivered ontime and in a professional manner and new business proposals are created and sent to new clients. You will also need to make sure other members of the team have the client provides the resources to start the project.

You'll will be trained to become familiar with out services. But a natural talent to build rapport and upsell our client is vital. You will need to have experience in search engine marketing, web design and blog upkeep as you will also need to update our website and ensure these sites are fully operational.

This should run on autopilot from you end, the job needs to be done quickly and to maximum effectiveness and always with a friendly and professional approach to serving the customer best.

Price per hour is important and you must be prepared to work at LEAST 6 months with us (contract needed)...

Apart from all the guidelines, we pay promptly and are quite easy to work with...you'll get the support you need to begin working on autopilot...

The winner will be the individual with the lowest hourly rate vs highest qualification's - academic and previous experience, multilingual skills important - please list.
