Description

We want a basic website that features a message board, where we expect
to develop an online community around local issues. Aside from the
message board application, the site itself should simply have a top
area for branding and messaging purposes, a bottom nav (with four or
five static pages - about us, privacy, etc.) and a robust search
function (perhaps vbulletin provides its own search function?).
The homepage will essentially feature the message board (vbulletin's
application), which should have four drop-downs for categorization:

-the 50 states of the United States
-cities within each state
-chains within each city
-specific stores within the chain

We are in talks with several designers right now, but we don't know what the timing will be on the design, so we're hoping that you can build the simple site with the vbulletin app without the design and then we'll have it integrated afterward, if that works.

I need to know how much time a team would require to get this job done and a budget. Thank you.
