Description

Needed is a web based expert system in PHP that can be used to make structured queries that end with analysis (based on the premises). Basically, the number of questions to be asked (in one query) should be indefinite or at least more than 25. The options shall have the character of dropdown lists (or similar). Preferably, the questions should be several/all on one page or several divided over more than one page. Finalized queries shall be saved in database (mysql), and preferably with option to export to PDF, as well as to be sent by email to administrator and user.
Operating system used: currently Fedora 8. Where applicable: instead of Zend optimizer eaccelerator is used. Installation of application on our own server.
Application shall be used by us with our own application name/corporate identity.
Budget based on found projects seen on other sites for project intermediation.
