i have a Chat and Game Server/Client software written in Delphi 7 it is a server with a client that i have running now, written in Delphi 7 it works good now and is Unlimited as far as client connections, has streaming Audio/Video, makes lobbys, rooms, has administration panel, access levels, user levels etc it was made for using windows XP, Vista has issues with it, i want the code to be updated so Vista will work Better with it, also want the code tightened up, meaning make it BETTER, we get lag after 40 people or so join. also would like to change the database which seems to be built in to sql to improve performance. it uses a skin making software now, would like the skin to be made into it perminatly, make static lobbys and eventually build in the java/flash games i am having made for it, this will be a LONG TERM project but can only do a little at a time, first make it more stable with XP and Vista and change database to sql, then will want more features added to the software etc, MUST BE reasonable on prices. would like to say for example say i want to add a feature to the admin panel, and you say it will cost XX amount of dollars and do it.
