Description:
Template conversion from a slightly modified TemplateMonster theme (from .psd files) and configuration (mainly Views, Webform but some PHP coding as well). The developer needs to have good knowledge in Drupal, CSS, and PHP. The first version must be finished in a week; another 2 weeks are projected for fine tuning.
