Description

I need an experienced link builder to provide approx 50 PR4+ RELEVANT one way links to our US based baby/mom/pregnancy community site. Links should be relevant to baby/mom/pregnancy and relevent medical. The following requirements are from a similiar post within GAF. I will provide my website url on PM.

Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience.

NO Article Submission / Directory Submission / Social Bookmarking

Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of the desired PR value, not just the sites main page.

TERMS:

* No link farms, nothing illegal, no spamming, no black hat ]
* All links will be manually submitted
* One way non-reciprocal links
* Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc.
* Link will placed on websites with same language (US English).
* The links will be from relevant websites
* Links will be permanent and cached within the last 30 days
* All links will be static
* Absolutely no links in blacklisted or spam sites
* No javascript links
* No dynamic links
* No link schemes
* No pages blocked by robots.txt
* Links will be placed in pages with no more than 30 outbound links
* Some links (about 20%) may be placed in niche directories, blogs, or forum sites
* All links will be placed in sites that are at least 1 year old
* Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa
* NO sites with PR under 3. PR3 or higher only

Deliverables:

- 50 or more PR4+ One-Way links
- Excel spreadsheet including the following columns:

• Date submitted
• Date accepted
• Link URL (the URL where our link is located)
• Page rank of the link URL
• Type of link - web site or blog link
• Anchor Text

Payment: 50% of the Payment will be made via after all the links have been placed and verified. The remaining 50% of payment will be made only after the links have been cached by Google.
