Description: Looking for a system that will pull rss feeds from a popular website publish it on our own site.

Main features

1. Pull content from RSS feed every 2 hours and publish it on our site. First it should be dumped in to our db and then retrieved and published, this is to avoid over loading their server.
2. Ability to add, edit and remove banners from admin section. (Banners should rotate)
3. The whole script should be optimized for search engine spiders
