Background
This website allows user to purchase products and additional products over the web. The tracking of the products have to maintain in the application. The website should be designed user friendliness and with clear screen designs. We will take care of the development and design. We will have an exclusive project co ordinator to interact and clear the requirements.
Project Scope:
The Website would be user friendly with homepage, contacts and sitemap. The website will have three kinds of users
1) Anonymous User
2) Customer
3) Administrator
The main scope of this project is to create an administration side for the user to define the products and additional products. The cost of the products will be defined. The available items can be checked. There would be unique identification for products. The administrator will have privileges to see the payments received. The Customers those are currently active, payment status and their history for purchase of products.
Payment integration can be done in two ways, we could use their components write the whole code in our application or use their existing site with our header and footer details. We prefer the second.
The customers would be given an Account, each company will be given permission in the application. Login for administrator and four users will be allowed. The Administrator will have all the rights for that account and his users. He can create multiple accounts at point of time it cannot be more that 4 users. Each account will be allotted a sequential 6 digit number.
The customer will have option to prepay and recharge their account which would be valid for a period of 365 days. All the details entered in the input form will be converted into a PDF, this could be done using a third party integration tool from adobe which is secure and is password protected. The logic can be defined based on your needs.
