css/dhtml liquid template.

This project should be very simple considering that many of the
materials are provided.

Result:
A liquid template that expands with this css/ajax tab controller.

incorporate css/ajax tab controller (provided )

Details:
This template is divided in two parts.
1. Main Content (fixed width, content will load in an iframe w/scroll)
2. Tab Controller (css/ajax menu will be provided)
2a. The tab controller already has a set width and a liquid height.
3. The main surrounding perimeter/border will need to expand as the tab controller expands downward.
