Description: We need a flash developer for a quick job.

Description:
We use flash to display quotes, it reads the quotes (ca. 10) from a xml file, and it reads css style and pause parameter from two files (css file with 1 style + txt file with 1 parameter). We'd like to add additional parameters and embed a new font.

Requirements:
- add "height" parameter
- add "random" paramter (whether to display randomly)
- embed a new font (TTF available)
- add and apply a different style to the author name
- small modification to the xml file: change the root tag name
- the output should be acceptable in both IE and FF.
- should be able to use standard fonts (in css file) instead of the embedded font (this requirement is not confirmed yet by the client and may be left out)
