I headed a research and development project that involved a variety of equipment that was generally available, but when put together in the way we did, it was a pretty useful device.

I am able to help you with this project. I myself would be doing the actual CAD or 3D design work for the product. Mostly likely designed then ported to CAD format. My good friends at school will help with the engineering. I will split our profits evenly. I have done previous research into solar and this product would be beneficial to my portfolio.

| I am currently living offgrid with rechargable batteries and a generator to recharge them. However, we are currently planning a conversion to solar and I have investigated a great deal of information relating to the power requirements and capacity that can be obtained from solar panels.
At the same time, I am quite confused about how this project relates to java programming. I am also an expert java programmer. With 26 years software development experience and 13 years developing java applications.

| The price quoted is to undertake a complete system design and procurement specification. At the end of this you will know what components to buy and how to put them together. You will know where to buy them from and how much they cost, and how much it will cost to deliver them and over what time period.
The project plan over the two day period is:
1)Outline specification, what power required?, What voltage?
2)System design and component identification
3)System optimisation for cost with different suppliers
4) Full report (Quality assured)
Sourcing the components and installation could then easily be undertaken by you, but if you want us to help we may come to a further agreement.

here i suggest a new technology solar power will charge battery through PWM, solar charger will work on thermionic theory not on conventional semiconductor photocells then this will be a success otherwise its just another solar cell charger
