Description:	Bid Your Monthly Rate ~~~ Please bid the the hourly rate you require in US dollars which we wil pay you working 80 hours (eighty hours) per month. (That's 20 days per month * 4 hours/day). ~~~ Brief description ~~~ We are looking for a person to help us manage projects 4 hours per day. ~~~ Work 8am-12noon or 12noon-5pm CST (GMT -6) ~~~ In order to respond to our staff and clientele you will be required to work during our standard operating hours. Sometimes you may be required to work outside these hours. ~~~ About You ~~~ We are currently looking for a person to work with us 4 hours per day for at least a year but hopefully longer. You must be very organized and very practical. You must possess excellent English writing skills. Preference will be given to those who possess excellent speaking skills and are willing to utilize VoIP to communicate with our clients. ~~~ About Us ~~~ We have many challenging projects we need help managing. We need an organized person to help us. ~~~ Programming Experience ~~~ If you can work up to 8 hours (or more) per day and are willing to do HTML, PHP, SEO or Copywriting work in addition - we're happy to pay you for this time. ~~~ Statements of Work (SOWs) ~~~ You must know how to write a comprehensive statement of work for our website projects so that other programmers and designers can understand the requirements and meet them. ~~~ Employee Benefits? None. Zero. ~~~ We will provide you with no benefits whatsoever. No medical benefits. No paid holidays. Nothing. If you want a job with any sort of typical benefits such as paid vacations, medical care, retirement pensions, etcetera this is not the job for you. We are going to pay you strictly by the hour. ~~~ Taxes? ~~~ We will not withhold any taxes from your compensation whatsoever nor will we report your earnings to you local tax authorities. That will be your responsibility alone. ~~~ What about vacations? ~~~ We do not provide any benefits whatsoever. None. Zero. Nothing. Of course we know you'll take vacations.
