This is the current website I have created. I need somebody who can help me really appreciated. Persona should have be Detail & whatever changes he does should go with overall look and feel, I believe these things are easily doable if you are really good in WP,CSS & Coding I have done all of these customization myself but Due to lake of time I cannot continue on the rest of these Issues.

Following things Required

1) I need the URL should be
http://www.carrolltoncc.net/ ( Not the /wordpress )

2) Subscribe via Email
It allows you to place an email address field and a ’subscribe’ button to any WordPress Post or Page so that users can optionally be notified whenever you update the content. Users can subscribe and unsubscribe. And when you do make a change to one of the posts or pages, you also have the choice on whether to send out notification emails.

( there is something on the very top Right)
Remove that & create your own or use woteve WP Plugin.

3) Avatar
Whoever Registered and Post comment can have their Avatar( while registering I think they should have this option ( & if theu dont use any avatar than by default they shold see the one wordpress already have )

4)Voting Poll Widget needs to install

5) There is this Image on top of the Footer at the very bottom

Needs to be Fixed I believe it should setup Under Right Side bottom, Right below the "TAGS"

6) If you go to the " DISCUSSION BOARD"

I don't need The Right side Panel/Section, I just need the forum on that entire page.
Also on the footer I need to remove this copyright thing
