Description

We are looking for an IT Service Provider who has a team of Web Designers and Developers (who are creative, dedicated, and efficient). The service provider will design and develop a website for managing Promotional Items/merchandise (see the Project Requirements for details).
Responsibilities include:
• Designing aesthetically pleasing user interfaces with some flash
• Develop the application and enforce coding standards (the coding must be neat with full comments)
• Original work only
• Ability to meet the agreed delivery time schedule
• Available to discuss with me any issues or required clarifications via emails, Skype, Yahoo or MSN Messenger
Must send samples of your work to be considered for this project (send your portfolio in the PM). The basic wire frame design (with the logo), E-R Diagram (updated), and Data Flow Diagrams (or Process Flow) will be sent to you through PM, however, give the total price for the project based on the Project Requirements.
Budget is set to be up to a $1000 (as many of the project functionality had already been developed by a senior programmer I used to have before he quit, the code may be provided unless you’d rather start fresh). The payment will only be paid through an escrow account. Payment will be made as follows:
1. 50% upon completion of the project
2. 50% upon completing the post implementation review & analysis stage (2 weeks, see below):
• Within ONE week after project submission: during this week I will conduct thorough testing of all the functions and will submit an incident report for the defects/flaws in the application/project
• Within ONE week after receiving my incident report you will work on removing all bugs then provide me with the updated version. If more time is needed to fix the defects/flaws, you are expected to provide me with the estimated completion time.
• Although I made every attempt to provide all the requirements for this project, you have to agree that you will accommodate, if needed, enhancements and changes during the post implementation review & analysis stage.
Please do not bid on this project if you don’t accept these payment conditions.
