Description:	i recently paid for a website to be design but it is not to my liking. i would like a flash auction website created. i will not be paying for the website until it is 100% completed. i just recently paid for a website that is not worth the money i invested in it. if u want me to put the money in escrow i will be more than happy to do it. if u have flash templates for auction site please send me sample in pm. i will not pick some 1 who have high ratings as i know people who have no ratings can do the same job. so if u can create something that will make my auction site stand out from the rest i will be more than happy to pick you. my website is bidpalz.com. please do not bid on project unless u have knowledge of flash. i also would like 3d images of people as a sign up option for people identity. this is the last time i will be listing this project as i have done before and i have gotten extremly bad results.
