Description

I have the following accounting/order processing needs. Please advice me of your experience with a similar customers. If you have experience with Yahoo Stores order processing & accounting please detail this experience. A couple customer referrals for whom you have worked with in a similar capacity would be beneficial.

Accounting on Purchase Side

System Needs:
I need my yahoo store order to be exported into my accounting software (QuickBooks or other) for automatic (or expedited) purchase order creation.

Labor Needs:
Purchase Order will need to be reviewed and emailed to the appropriate manufacturer (we work with 20+ manufacturers). As well as update the Merchant Notes section for the Order in the Yahoo Store Manager to include PO #.

Labor Needs:
Receive the bill via email, match to PO, and enter bill into accounting software.


Accounting on Sales Side

System Needs:
I need all orders (customer name, item sold, etc) imported (automatic is preferable) into accounting software.

Note: if I export from yahoo store the exported order(s) would not include the related transaction cost (paypal transaction cost).
o I need the paypal transaction cost included in the bookkeeping (automatic is preferable)
o I only charge sales tax in the state of FL; this will need to be incorporated

General Accounting

Labor Needs:
Monthly: Reconcile Checking Account, Create & Email Monthly Financial Statements
Daily: Process Orders (as detailed above) & Email Bookkeeping Backup File


Specific expertise/background that I am seeking:
The vendor must be a company with at least 10 employees and NOT an individual freelancer. Vendor must be in business for at least 5 years. Please provide references.

Upcoming Customer Support Work
If your company secures the order processing & accounting, then you would be first in line to receive the customer support work that will be outsourced as soon as the order processing and accounting is streamlined. Customer Support will involve the following...
1. Email Response
2. Live Chat
3. Phone Support

Product database maintenance will be outsourced following customer support.
