Description:	Hello! We are starting great online website builder and need some design. This is not one time offer, because we will expand amount of templates all the time. This is what should be in each template: 1) Templates are preferably to be universal (so that changing header look all design can look different), but this is not obligatory as templates can be for specific themes also (animals, real-estate and so on) 2) Templates should be royalty free, and can not be from taken from some existing template site offering (we know most of them and will be checking really hard on this one) 3) As we will be giving them away for free we ned full right to use them on any amount for our customers. So, each template should have following thing in it: - one two or three level menu - Header and footer blocks - Members login/password/register/lost password field and the same place displaying logged in member name and logout link (should be version with or without) - Language selector (should be version with or without) - Content field that includes following elements: * News-line where each entry contains News header, intro text with photo, link to read whole news and in bottom of entries there is read older news link, and navigation previous, page-numbers next. * Form that contains textfield, textarea, dropdown, checkbox, free text, separator line. mandatory field marker also needed * Guest Book with few entries and link to read all, and navigation previous, numbers, next form entries, asking * Gallery with thumbnails in few rows and columns and image big size view with navigation for pervious next Templates should be in html (actually there is slightly different format, but for those who can make them in html there will be no problems to make them in needed format) Crapy design (looking like websites in 90's will not do) As we need them in bulk we expect to get super-price. Amount and price of templates we will arrange when will be speaking directly.
