Description: I need someone to input or scrape the yellow page categories and subcategories from this site.

I require all top-level categories and complete hierarchy. You will need to drill-down each category/subcategory until you reach no subcategories to where you only see list of states.

This is an example of some categories for "Agriculture" top-level category. I expect the output to be something similar and complete.

- We are also looking for a robust script that can generate GEO data from address info for millions of rows in SQL Server database.
