Description: Hello,

I have a 'neglected' Ning.com site that is just using a standard template. According to ning it requires a css programmer.

I would like my site customized i.e. change the header and work with the layout a bit. I will give you 'freedom' when it comes to this as far as design and layout. My audience is teen oriented (15-18). So I'm looking for a design that is gender neutral, perhaps grunge, dark, mystical, rebellious, you know :).....I have no other specific requests. At this point, I feel that pretty much anything will be better than what is there now. Please send me a couple of links to your design work and if you have Ning design experience that would be a plus but it is not mandatory.
