Description: Need a career site for our company website where job seekers can apply job, upload resume and cover letter, as well as to upload qualifications, answer questions during the application.

There should be an admin panel (back-end) where we can view the resume, create job ads, set application questions. Job applicant can be managed from the back-end, and there should be a report function. Each job should automatically display the number of job applicants.

The design for the career site pages should be slick, simple and user friendly.

Prefer PHP coding.

Please do not bid unless you have experience in building the career site or have experience in implementing the online recruitment solution.
