Description:	I'd like a vector Drawing application that supports the following: ->Inserting pictures (only need them to be the background as I'm not working outside the picture space) ->Inserting shapes and lines (this MUST be selectable, movable, changing position, size, with, height, thickness, etc.) ->Zoom (working with big spaces need to add small changes) -> Text (very important to support text notes) ->the project only needs to be BLACK AND WHITE (no colors needed only grays) **BONUS** for additional 5$ deliver also a tool to make arrows in every direction allowing to change thickness/size and arrow head proportions. YOU MUST SPECIFY IN THE BID IF YOU WANT BONUS AND INCLUDE IN THE BIDDING PRICE THE 5$ (if you bid for 30$ insert 35$ for bonus or 30$ without ... and so on) MUST deliver both application and Project! projects in C/C++ will have less value for me therefore are paid only the minimal. Projects in visual basic 6 or .Net (up to VS2008) are preferred! Other types of project will be considered in PM. YOU MAY OR MAY NOT post a demo with only insert images and create/select/move lines (as described above). (obviously these will get more attention) You may trial your demo! Will discard premade applications such that include a lot of features! I'm looking for a simple project with good interface, thought good functionality (working projects) are my top priority (i may handle interface myself if needed)
