Description

We need the layout, .jpg/gif/png for a new website in the next 2-4 hours. NO TEMPLATES.

Once client approves we need the site finished. Roughly 6 php pages with admin panel and about 15 static pages.

1. Projects are paid in full when completed and approved by the client. Will be paid via GAF, PayPal, or Western Union - which ever is easier for you. WE WILL NOT ESCROW OR PAY A DEPOSIT. We have just worked with a freelance designer that gave us garbage work, and will not prepay.

2. We are looking for some freelancers to work with us long term, as we have more projects that are needing to be completed.

Strong Graphic Design & Advanced PHP Skills a must.
